Advent begins on Sunday, December 2, 2023.
Here are some events and resources for the whole family in preparation for the season.
Advent Celebration for Families: Saturday, December 2, 1:30 pm - 4:00 pm, Parish Hall (Drop-in)
In joyful preparation for the Christmas Season, the OLS Family Life Ministry presents this event featuring: Craft activities for children (The Liturgy of the Word with Children Team), Story Corner (Lector Ministry), and OLS Children's Choir performance and singalong. No RSVP required, free-will offerings welcome.
Advent Day of Confessions - Saturday, December 16, 2023
Two priests will be available each hour, from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm to hear confessions. In addition to English-language confessions by all priests, a number of priests are also available to hear confessions in other languages: French, Italian, Arabic, Polish and Spanish.
