All Souls' Day

November: Month of Remembrance

Mass is celebrated on the following days:

All Saints’ Day Mass - Wednesday, Nov. 1, 9:00 am

All Souls’ Day Mass: The Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed - Thursday, Nov. 2, 9:00 am & 7:30 pm

During these Masses the names of those whose funerals were held at OLS this past year will be read out loud.

Let us take time to celebrate the lives of our loved ones who have died in the Lord.

Book of Remembrance - The Shrine of St. Joseph is suitably decorated and the Book of the Remembrance has been readied to receive the names of our departed relatives and friends.

Lest We Forget: Let us also commemorate the sacrifices made by those who bravely served our country.

Remembrance

Veterans want Canadians to understand the price of freedom. They are passing the torch to the people of Canada, so the memory of their sacrifices will continue, and the values they fought for will live on in all of us.
