Registration & Program

Registration Period starts September 14, 2026 to October 30, 2026.

Families are encouraged to register as early as possible. 

Program Fee 

$80 per candidate 

This fee helps cover formation materials, supplies, program resources, and program expenses. 

If the fee presents a financial hardship, please contact us. No candidate will be denied participation for financial reasons. 

Registration Is Complete When 

• The online registration form has been submitted. 
• The Baptism Certificate has been uploaded (if required).
• Payment has been received. 

Parent Commitment 

By registering your child, you commit to: 

• Supporting your child's faith journey. 

• Participating in the Teaching Mass. 

• Making Sunday Mass a priority. 

• Encouraging prayer and faith conversations at home. 

• Supporting your child's participation in all program components. 

Parents are the first and most important teachers of the faith. 

As young people mature, we encourage parents to continue accompanying them through prayer, encouragement, and example as they grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.
